refreshing shade for pleasant naps or outdoor meals. It is not rare to
observe hinds and roe deers at the edge of the wood between two dives
in the swimming pool. Starting from the house, tracks in the forest (mountain
biking, hiking) lead to the Soustons Lake and its base of leisures (2
km) or for the more sporting to the waves of the atlantic ocean (7 km).
For your safety, this property of 3000 m2 is fenced and the swimming pool
is protected for the children.
Reservation
Hiring all the year
from 700 to 3200 Euro per week.
Weekend from 500 to 800 Euros according to the period.
Advance payment: 25% at the time of reservation or 50 % if the reservation
is made less than 3 months before arrival.
2nd advance payment of 25 %, 3 months before arrival.
Balance payment: 3 weeks before arrival.
Deposits: security deposit of 1000 euros for occasionnal damage, cleaning
deposit of 130 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay (refunded in
full if you handle the cleaning).
